Many
people suffer from bad breath. Either knowingly or unknowingly!
It may
seem like a trivial problem, to those who do not have it!
I have
suffered from bad breath since I was a teenager.
I clean my
teeth at least twice a day, I visit the dentist at least every six months, I have a healthy diet.
Yet still, at the very least, I'm conscious of my breath.
I'm always
trying new 'cures', various mouthwashes, toothpastes, diets etc But I'm still the one embarrassed
to talk directly into someones face, or give a kiss without having a mint
first.
I'd like
to share with you some of the results I've found along the way that has helped me, or
not!
